Delights 8: bread baking

I love to bake bread.

Sunday I made ciabatta rolls and took them to Otter Creek where we made sandwiches.

Last night, I made banana bread which is always promptly devoured.

Isn’t it incredible that we can mix up a few ingredients, let it sit, heat it, and end up with totally delicious bread? It is. It’s incredible. I do plan to buy this book and expand my bread baking even more.
