trading one project for another

I never have enough time for all the things I would like to do. Most of the time, I try to keep my list fairly narrowed down: here’s what’s actually mine. But when you do special projects, you sometimes just have to let stuff drop.

This past weekend, I painted our bedroom. It’s been on my list for a while and I knew it was time to tackle it so I did and I love it (though learning to light a darker room well has been a learning curve). And for that project, other habits paused. I have started a new piece of art and it’s waiting on me though.
