a cat pastel and more granny squares

I must confess that I don’t hate the way this one turned out. And, as is the goal, it was really fun to work on.

I’ve also made 19 granny squares. Justin laughs at me every time he sees me sitting down crocheting. He did seem relieved when he realized they could be joined together to make a blanket. I think he was ready to stage an intervention before that.

I have named the monstera in the office Fleming, after Fleming Rutledge. I’ve decided that once the plants are bigger than me they need a name. The one in the living room is Eugene for Eugene Peterson.
